1. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of OLeetle, a competitive programming service operated by OLeetle Team ("OLeetle", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accepting these Terms, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use OLeetle.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

OLeetle is not intended for children under 13, and users under 13 may not create accounts. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent that you have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use OLeetle where required by applicable law. You must provide and maintain accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use a handle that does not impersonate another person or violate their rights. Your handle and optional avatar are publicly visible in player lists, rankings, match history, and pool participation.

3. THE COMPETITIVE SERVICE

OLeetle provides coding challenges, matchmaking, ranked and unranked matches, pool events, and private duels. Rules displayed for a match, queue, pool, or event control that activity. Ranked ratings and pool ratings are separate; ratings, statistics, and match results have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be corrected or voided for errors, technical failures, or integrity reasons. Private duels do not change ratings or public statistics.

OLeetle may offer prize-bearing pools, tournaments, or other competitions only under separate published Official Rules. Those rules will specify applicable eligibility requirements, geographic restrictions, entry and closing dates, method of competition and winner selection, tie-breaking procedures, the number and approximate value of prizes, prize distribution, tax responsibilities, and other material conditions. The Official Rules control the applicable event if they conflict with these Terms. No purchase or payment is required to enter a prize-bearing OLeetle competition.

The Official Rules will identify any applicable prize sponsor or fulfillment partner. Where reasonably necessary to provide a prize, OLeetle may provide a winner's handle and email address to the identified sponsor or fulfillment partner for winner verification, contact, and prize fulfillment, as described in our Privacy Policy. Sponsor access to this information does not authorize the sponsor to use it for unrelated marketing purposes.

If disclosure to an identified sponsor or fulfillment partner is necessary to fulfill a prize, a winner who does not wish to have their information disclosed may decline the prize.

OLeetle ratings, matches, pools, and competitions are provided for competitive programming and entertainment purposes and are not gambling or wagering services. Users may not wager money or anything of value through OLeetle on match or competition outcomes.

4. FAIR PLAY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not cheat; use unauthorized automation or bots; manipulate ratings, queues, matches, accounts, or results; bypass security, rate limits, judging limits, or access controls; interfere with the service or other users; scrape or reproduce protected problem material or hidden tests; harass, abuse, or impersonate others; or submit unlawful, harmful, or disruptive code. Bots may be used only in modes expressly offered by OLeetle. You are responsible for code you submit and for following the rules shown for each activity.

5. PLATFORM CONTENT

OLeetle and its software, branding, challenge material, hidden tests, and other service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and licences. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, sell, publish, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit platform content except where law or an applicable licence permits it.

Your Content. You retain any rights you have in source code, avatars, and other content you submit to OLeetle. You grant OLeetle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, execute, display where applicable, and otherwise process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, moderate, and operate the Services as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit that content.

6. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

We may investigate suspected violations and, where appropriate, remove access, void a match or rating result, suspend or terminate an account, or take other reasonable action to protect OLeetle and its users. Contact us if you believe an enforcement action was made in error. Our handling of integrity and account information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. AVAILABILITY, DISCLAIMERS, AND LIABILITY

OLeetle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Matchmaking, code execution, live matches, event features, and other functionality may be unavailable, delayed, changed, interrupted, or corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OLeetle disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate direct liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of CAD $100 or the amounts you paid us for the service in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any warranty, liability, remedy, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable law.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

Please first contact us in good faith so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or OLeetle will be subject to the courts of Ontario. Nothing in this section deprives you of a right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction where applicable consumer law gives you that right.

9. CHANGES, TERMINATION, AND CONTACT

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will show a new "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate or required by law, and we may require you to accept updated Terms before continuing to use the authenticated Services. You may stop using OLeetle at any time. Sections concerning platform content, your content, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
